Unlocking Your Core Competency Factors

Short post about Core Competency Factors.

Your Core Competency Factors are your Talents, Attitudes, Skills and Knowledge. Much of this is seen by others in your behavior, or what some call your style.

Properly identifying these factors will help identify your strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats.

Proper use of good assessments can help you get better results from your Core Competency Factors.

You'll be the same five years from today,
as you are today, except for what you listen
to and watch, who you hang out with,
and what you read. Be purposeful.

I know your blog is "in the box" but aren't personality tests just another way of putting someone "in a box?" ?

LOL. Good point. Actually, a good assessment will help you identify what is in you, or "your box."

Not to put you in one and never change, but to identify how you lead, or how you follow; some people work for certain types of people better than others; what makes you introverted; or extroverted?
We've used assessments to help build teams by insuring each team had the right balance of starters and finishers. Big difference that would have been hard to surmise otherwise.

So, not to put you in a box, but how to help you IMPROVE and get better results, to have more fun in your job..life.
